Steel resin bonds – KSM type

KSM type steel anchors are designed to secure mine excavations with independent anchor casings as an element of surface shell and to anchor excavation arches and the mining equipment.

• It is also used to protect the mine excavation as temporary cover.
• Anchor pole is supposed to be placed in the holes with adhesive load or mineral – cement binder.
• Offered steel anchors have all necessary certificates, allowing it to be used in underground tunnels and mines.

Steel anchor poles are made from ribbed rod of 20mm, 22mm or 30mm diameter and have endurance for stretch of minimum 500 MPa. One of the ends of the pole is 45° cut and the second have M20, M22 or M30 rolled thread. It is possible to insert the pole in rotary-sliding motion when being bonded. Minimal bearing capacity of 20mm dimension anchor is 150 kN (When the PN-G-15091 standard for coal mines demands only 120 KN).
